With Mingle, HR managers can create corporate events and wellbeing plans, while employees connect with coworkers through shared activities in a network they trust. All in a seamless and easy way.
How does it work?
1. Wellbeing Test: First, the employees take an easy test that lets us know their wellbeing needs and wants.
2. Mingle divides and highlights: Mingle divides all these into categories and highlights the main three the company should focus on.
3. HR creates through filters: HR creates wellbeing activities related to these categories by filtering some information like time and place.
4. Mingle finds the match: Mingle automatically finds the best service providers for them.

Why the wellbeing test?
But why a wellbeing test, the reason is because talking with the employees we noticed that many of the times they didm’t feel listened and in many cases the resources that the company was offering like librarie for them or free coffee was not really creating a difference in their worklife, this was in a more personal perspective.
In a more community perspective, more and more expats were entering the companies but it was leading to a division between the expats and the locals in the office, why? Because they did not have the tools or time to really talk to each other, get to know each other, leave their vulnerabilities behind and talk another Language or do plans together, this is why we saw the workplace as a nice possibility for the expats and locals to grow together.

Challenges
I believe that one of the biggest challenges was to create something that could involve not only expats but also the residents in Milan. Despite the fact that the interviews and research were saying and noticing that these two targets they wanted to achieve the same goal, the Problem was that they had to achieve it in a different way and level so it was difficult to find the middle Point. Finally After doing more desktop research, more interviews and developing more insights we noticed that a lot of the population of expats were moving away from their countries for work so that’s how it came to us the association of the workplace as a clear possibility for this project.
I would say that in terms of ux and ui we thought first of a service that was very complete and could link three different actors being of course the companies the main target but I did not realize how big the amount of Information would be. We decided that the desktop Version would be mainly dedicated for the HR manager or office managers and noticing that we had to show the budget, the events coming up, the past events with reviews, the program selected, the plan for the future, it was really challenging but nurturing to really define this steps in the ux and ui creation, this also applies for mobile, more related to the content for the employees.
